Two of the original three.
Procore’s Certified Consultant program started in 2020 with only three consultants. Two of them, David and Kris, are now working under one roof, alongside Ginger and Alfredo, as the core leadership team committed to scaling DOPEX.

The original three.
Procore launches its Certified Consultant program with three consultants. David McDonnel and Kris Lyle are two of them, each running a consulting firm of their own (David running his since 2017).
The years between
Procore and beyond.
David and Kris work together on mutual clients for years. David doubles down on Procore expertise, process strategy, and the promises of AI. Kris extends his firm’s line of business to include reselling the best construction ERP for midsize firms: Acumatica.
2025
DOPEX opens.
Kris founds DOPEX in January 2025 to put Procore, Acumatica, and a Data Intelligence team under one roof, so contractors get one accountable partner. Ginger co-founds and heads the Acumatica practice, while Alfredo co-founds and leads the Data Intelligence vertical.
Recently
One team.
David and his team officially join DOPEX. David becomes the Head of Procore Solutions, while Kris fully steps into the Visionary and Sales/Marketing seats. Ginger drives record growth for the Acumatica practice, and Alfredo takes on the critical Integrator and CFO seats.
